How to recall an email with Gmail

Also, the messages to be withdrawn must not have been read by their respective recipients.
Finally, I remind you that this possibility of withdrawing an e-mail message is available only with the use of the e-mail client; it is not possible to cancel the sending of an email from the web version of the Microsoft service (Outlook.com). All clear? Very well, then let's see how to proceed.
If you want to recall a message sent from Outlook, open the program, select the folder Mail sent from the left sidebar and double-click the email you want to call back. You have a Mac and use Mail as an email client? In this case, you can activate the unsubscribe function of emails sent via Mail butler: an add-on for the famous Apple software that can be used for free up to 30 monthly operations (in addition to canceling sent emails, it can also provide reminders for attachments, unsubscribe from mailing lists and much more) or presents costs starting from 7,93 euros / month.
To create your free account on Mailbutler, connect to the official website of the service and click on the button Try Mailbutler for free. On the page that opens, fill out the form that is proposed to you with e-mail e Password to be used for access (to be repeated in the field Repeat password), put the check mark next to the option Accept Terms & Conditions and presses the button Create Account.
A confirmation message will be sent to you by email: open it and verify your identity by clicking on the button Confirm email address, then access the Mailbutler dashboard, click on you don't know in alto a destra and selects the voice Preferences give the menu to compare your schermo.

At this point you should be able to recall an e-mail message simply by pressing the appropriate button (Undo send) that appears in the box displayed at the top right after sending an email.
