Once the call is initiated, a recorded voice will alert you that the call is about to be forwarded to the recipient who will hear the phone ring and by answering will be notified of this. At that point, you can freely choose whether to accept your call (and therefore bear the costs of the operation) or refuse.
The service can be used in a similar way also abroad but in this case, when dialing the number of the person to call, you must remember to put the country code before (prefix).
The use of the service is completely free for those who call but whoever receives the call must incur costs, as anticipated a few lines above. To be precise, if the recipient accepts the call using the PensaciTu service, he will have to pay 30 cents / min + 30 cents of connection fee if he has a Wind mobile phone number or an city landline number, while you have to pay 40 cents / min + 40 cents. connection fee if the number refers to another manager. As for the costs for calls made to recipients who are abroad, the rates change according to the reference area starting from a minimum of € 1,30 / min up to a maximum of € 3,30 / min. and pricing is in 60-second increments.

Call without credit with TIM
You have a SIM TIM? In this case, you can call without credit by relying on the service 4088 PayForMe which works towards TIM numbers (mobile and fixed network), Vodafone and Wind numbers. You ask me what to do to be able to use it? I'll point it out to you right away.

Otherwise, you will have to type the code on the numeric keypad of your mobile phone * 148 * followed by telephone number you want to call and from the symbol # (Eg. * 148 * 3331234567 #) after which you will have to press the button for forward the call.
After pressing the key to initiate the call, it waits to be called back. You will see the writing appear on the display of your smartphone TIM PayForMe. Operation in progress. TIM will then attempt to contact the requested number and, as soon as the person sought accepts the charge, you will receive a call from the operator to be able to speak with the contact person.
As for the cost issue, the service is free for those who call but, as anticipated, there is a fee for those who receive the call. More precisely, 40 cents / min must be paid if the recipient of the call is a TIM, Vodafone or Wind customer, while 30 cents / min + 30 cent connection fee must be paid if the recipient of the call is a TIM fixed network customer. As for the use of the service abroad, the cost varies according to the reference area starting from 1,31 euros / min up to 6,35 euros / min + the cost of the connection fee that goes from 1,01 cents to 3,02 euros.

Call without credit with Vodafone
You have a SIM Vodafone and are you interested in understanding how to call without credit? Nothing simpler. Just take advantage of the named service 4088 For Me which works towards the numbers of all the main telephone operators (both mobile and fixed).
To use them, all you have to do is grab your smartphone, log into the dialer (the numeric keypad) and enter the code 4088 followed by telephone number of the person you want to call (eg. 40883331234567). Then press the button for initiate the call (usually it is the one depicting a handset lifted).
When the call is started, a recorded voice will notify you that your request has been forwarded and you will only have to wait for the person you wish to contact to accept the charge for the phone call. If the call is accepted, you can speak to the contact person right away.
As well as as I have just indicated to you or in any case when you are abroad and the network in use does not allow voice calls for rechargeable, you can charge the phone call to the receiver by typing the code on the numeric keypad of your mobile phone * 111 * followed by telephone number you want to call and from the key #. (it. * 111 * 3331234567 #). Then press the button for initiate the call.
After a few seconds you will receive a phone call and you will be invited to stay on hold while the customer indicated by you is contacted. The recipient of your request will listen to a voice message that will inform him of your call and even in this case he will be able to choose whether to bear the cost and be directly put in contact with you or refuse.
The service, it should be borne in mind, is not free for those who receive the call. In fact, it costs 30 cents / min + 30 cents connection fee if the recipient is a Vodafone or landline number in the city and in the countries of the European Union. On the other hand, it costs 40 cents / minute + 40 cents connection fee if the recipient is a number from another operator in the city and in the countries of the European Union. If, on the other hand, the recipient of the call is in Switzerland, Turkey, Albania, San Marino, the Principality of Monaco and the Rest of the World, the cost of the service is equal to 1,65 cents / min + 3,30 euro connection fee.

Alternative solutions for calling without credit
As I told you at the beginning of the guide, to conclude on a high note I want to indicate alternative systems to those described above to put you in telephone contact with other people without necessarily having to have residual credit on the SIM, using the Internet connection instead.
To be more precise, what I want to propose you to do is to employ one of the instant messaging app, available for Android and iOS, which support “normal” calls or video calls. Using them you can therefore have a conversation with the person of your interest without having to use your SIM and the relative credit (at least not if you choose to use the Wi-Fi connection instead of the data one).
For example, you can take advantage of WhatsApp to call a specific contact simply by going to the section Chat of the application, opening the conversation with the contact person (or starting a new chat session) and then tapping on the handset (to start a voice call) or on that of the camera (to start a video call) which are at the top.
