Before getting to the heart of the topic, going to explain how to know the last call received with the landline phone, it seems to me necessary to make some clarifications regarding the carrying out of the operation in question.
Let's start from a fixed point: this is feasible in two different ways. The first, feasible only on line TIM, consists of calling a special numbering able to provide the information you need. The second, instead, consists in exploiting the feature that shows theCall ID, made available by all the main cittàn landline telephony operators, coupled with a landline telephone set equipped with and equipped with the named function Caller ID (i.e. caller identification), therefore able to show the identity of the caller and the log of calls received and made.
The ones I have just indicated to you are the only two systems currently available on the square to be able to obtain the information of your interest. Furthermore, in the second case, keep in mind that even if you have a landline phone with a display, if you do not enable the aforementioned service to find out who is calling you, you will still not be able to view the relevant number (even saving it in any internal phone book of the device) .
Obviously, regardless of the method adopted, in case of calls received from reserved numbers o technically not available the information in question cannot be provided.
How to know the last call received TIM landline
Having made the necessary clarifications above, let's get to the real heart of the matter and let's therefore find out how to go back to the last call received on the fixed telephone when the telephone operator in place is TIM.
As I told you a few lines above, TIM is the only operator that makes a service available to its subscribers, called Last missed call, to which it is possible to contact to know the last call received on the landline. To take advantage of it, all you have to do is grab the handset of your home phone and dial the number 42400 to initiate a call to the latter.
Subsequently, a voice message will tell you the number, date and time of the last missed call. If necessary, you can also choose to immediately contact the reference number, following the instructions of the recorded voice and then pressing the corresponding key.
Note that the service is already active on all traditional telephone lines, while it is not available on VoIP / Fiber lines. Furthermore, it has no fee but they have to be paid for individual consultations, which have a cost of 10 cent. each. If desired, it is possible to trace the number of the caller of the last unanswered phone call also by enabling a voice alert that is reproduced automatically every time the telephone receiver is picked up. The service is free and to activate it just call the number 41400.
Another system that you have on your side with TIM to find out the phone number of whoever called you the last time on your home line is to use the function Who is it, which allows you to view the fixed or mobile network number of the person calling you on the telephone display, coupled with the use of a device with a display and equipped with a caller identification function.
If yours is a VoIP / Fiber line, the service is always active by default and is included in the price of the offer subscribed. If you have a traditional line, however, you must enable it by composing the code * 65 # on the numeric keypad and, in this case, the service is paid and costs 3,13 euro / month. Instead, by composing the code * # # 65 you can find out if the service is enabled or not, while the code # 65 # allows you to disable it. When active, to find out the last call received, all you have to do is press the button on the phone to consult it call history. On most desk phones with a display, the call log can be accessed by pressing the key with the green handset or on the one with the handset lifted. Unfortunately I can't be more precise about it, as the indications vary depending on the make and model of the phones and I don't know how much you own.
How to know the last call received Vodafone landline
You have a landline Vodafone and would you like to understand how to find out the last call received on the landline phone? Then you can take advantage of the named service Display of the calling number which allows, in fact, to read the number of the caller on telephone devices with display and therefore also to view the relative numbering in the telephone call log.
The service is already active on all Vodafone lines and is free. To be able to use it, it is sufficient that the fixed telephone is connected to the Vodafone Station. For more information, you can refer to the web page dedicated to the operator's voice services.
To use the service in question for your purpose, just press the button to access the call log present on the phone. On most desk phones with displays, the call history can be accessed by pressing the key with the green handset or the one with the handset lifted, but I can't be more precise on what to do as the directions vary depending on the make and model of the phones and I don't know which one you have.
How to find out the last call received from the Infostrada landline
Your line is Infostrada? In this case, you can find out the last call received on the landline phone by always using the technique of consulting the telephone call log, after activating the service made available by the operator that allows you to know the caller's number.
To enable the service in question, called Invest, you need to contact the operator's customer support. To do this, make a call to the number 155 from your home phone. Once the phone call has started, wait a few seconds to listen to the instructions of the recorded voice. Then press the button for receive assistance from a consultant (should match the 2), confirm your intention to receive assistance from a consultant pressing the corresponding key (it should be the 3) and wait for the first free operator to respond to your request. However, keep in mind that the instructions I have reported to you above are valid at the time I am writing you this guide, but in the future they may be subject to changes. So, to avoid form errors and unnecessary waste of time, always listen to the instructions provided by the guide voice and follow the steps described by the latter.
The InVista service, keep this in mind, can be enabled on both Fiber and ADSL networks and has a cost equal to 2 euro / month in case of direct coverage by Infostrada (ULL). For all customers not covered directly from Infostrada (WLR) the service, on the other hand, has a cost equal to 2,20 euro / month. In this regard, however, I cannot be more precise as I do not know the exact make and model of your phone and the indications may vary according to the latter.
How to know the last call received Fastweb landline
If, on the other hand, you have a line Fastweb, you can enable the service, named Who calls, which allows you to know the number of the caller, and which can therefore allow you to trace the number of the last call received on the home telephone, acting from the MyFastPage, the online customer area made available by the famous operator.
To activate the service, therefore, go to the MyFastPage home page and if necessary log in to your account by filling in the fields on the screen. Next, select the item Proposal at the top, click on the wording Additional services in the menu that opens, presses the button Buy / Configure located at the bottom and choose to enable the service Who calls.
Keep in mind that the service is not free but has a cost equal to 1 euro / month. For more information, you can refer to the dedicated web page on the Fastweb website.
