Together Price Requirements

Supported services

Together Price allows you to share the accounts of many digital services. The only constraint is to keep in mind which are the areas in which the providers foresee sharing. Netflix e Spotify, for example, they allow sharing of their multi-account plans, respectively, Netflix Premium e Spotify Family, in the same household, while Office 365 allows you to share the cost of the subscription up to a maximum of 5 between colleagues or collaborators.

It is important to inquire about these details before proceeding.

You also need to make sure that the subscription to be shared allows sharing with other users and you need to check alllimitations Of the same, for example the maximum number of users, the restrictions relating toAge, To Geographical position, at the locality of place of residence and so on.

Below I point out some of the most important, indicating their limits and the main restrictions provided for in their conditions of use.

• Netflix - Netflix subscriptions do not allow sharing with people outside your home. Depending on the plan subscribed, it is possible to have simultaneous playback on two or four screens.
• Spotify - Spotify's Family plan allows you to share your account with up to five other people, as long as they reside at the same address.
• Amazon Music - the Amazon Music Family plan allows you to share your subscription with five people belonging to the same household.
• NordVPN - the plan allows you to connect 6 devices at the same time without restrictions on the scope of belonging.
• Apple Music - Apple Music Family plan allows you to stream content to up to six devices. All sharing participants must be family members and reside at the same address.
• Google Play Music - with its family plan, Google Play Music allows you to share the account between 6 people. All members of the share must reside in the same country as the manager and must be of legal age.
• Tidal - the Tidal Family subscription allows you to share the service with five family members.
• Office 365 - the Office 365 Home subscription allows you to share your subscription with four other colleagues or collaborators.
• Other services supported by Together Price are Steam, Xbox Live, dropbox e Kaspersky. Furthermore, it is possible to create custom groups in which to insert subscriptions not provided for in the default options of the service (see Custom). For more details about the services supported by Together Price and their rules, access any share and click on the item (i) Sharing Rules located in the box on the right.

The important thing, as has been widely said, is to always check the conditions of use of a service before sharing an account.

Together Price costs

Now let's move on to Together Price prices. Admins can use the service in a completely free, as there are no costs applied for the management of the sharing.

The only costs are applied when the money is transferred from the wallet to the bank account, but only if the amount is less than 20 euros: in this case, one is applied fixed fee of € 0,45 + 3% on the amount transferred. For amounts greater than 20 € no commission is applied.

Furthermore, if the admin uses an HYPE or N26 account for the transfer of the shares accumulated in the wallet, he does not pay any commission, whatever the amount.

I joiner they pay what is indicated on the shared account page, therefore the price of the sharing plus the management costs (which are usually equal to 0,99 euros).

How Together Price works

Sign up for Together Price

The first step you need to take to use Together Price is to connect to the main page of the service and create your account: the operation is completely free and takes very little time. Furthermore, it can be carried out in the same way both from a computer and from smartphones and tablets. You can register using Facebook, Google or using a classic combination of email and password.

To proceed, click on your button LOGIN NOW that you find on the Together Price home page and choose how to register: by pressing the buttons Login with Facebook e Log in with Google you can log in using your Facebook and Google accounts (you simply have to consent to the connection between the latter and Together Price).

Clicking, invece, sulla voce Subscribe (at the bottom of the page) you will need to fill out a classic registration form with name, last name, email address e Password to be used to access the service (to be typed twice for confirmation). You will then need to check the box I agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on the button REGISTER to complete the registration process on the site.

Once logged in, after a short time tutorial, you will be asked if you want to create a sharing group to share the cost of an account you own with others, or if you want to join an existing sharing group.

Create a sharing group

To create a new share, connect to the home page of the service (by selecting the icon of the casa) from a computer, smartphone or tablet and first presses the button CREA placed in the center of the screen and then on that IT BEGINS, which appears later.

On the page that opens, select the service for which you want to share an account (eg. Netflix, Spotify, Apple Music Family o dropbox), or select the item Custom to share the subscription to a service not present among those proposed by default by Together Price.

Click on the box Upload a photo of the service and choose a representative photo of the service to use as the cover of your share or select one of those available by default and then enter.

• Service Name ;
• Short description;
• Monthly price;
• Free seats (so with how many people you want to share the account);
• Report with the other participants (you must indicate whether they are co-residents, family, friends or members of a work team);
• Level of visibility of the group ( public, if you want the share to be visible on the network, or private, if you want visibility to be restricted only to the people who receive your invitation).

Finally, check the box relating to the acceptance of Terms of service (At the bottom of the page) and click on the button Public.

The system will ask you to enter yours cellphone number: enter your contact details in the form that appears on the screen and then provide the verification code that comes to you via SMS.

You will then have to enter yours as well city, country of residence nation and date of birth.

You will then be asked to choose the channels through which to be contacted by the joiners, that is, by the people who want to join the sharing. Once you have created your share, all you have to do is accept requests to participate from other users.

Invite a contact

If you have set your sharing as private or, in any case, you want to invite friends or family members directly to join it, you must take advantage of the invitation system included in Together Price.

Accept a request to participate

When you have a request to join one of your shares, you will receive an email notification and you will see a red dot next to the icon bluebell (top right) in Together Price. Communicate with sharing participants

If you accept a user's request, they will join the circle of accepted In the post, and can read thepublic chat of your share, but will not yet have access to the shared service. Receiving odds from joiners

Every time a joiner sends you his share, you will see and receive the credit in real time in the Wallet, Together Price's virtual wallet.

At each expiration of the sharing, Together Price will automatically renew the share of your joiners, which you will see in payments received, While in pending payments you will find the details of the renewal fees that the joiners have yet to send you.

If you want to let a member know that they are late in paying a fee, you can use the feature Request renewal, which is next to his name. If the user does not make the payment even after the reminder, you can remove him from the share by clicking on (X), always placed next to his name.

Edit a share

If necessary, you can change the properties of your share or even delete it in a very simple way. All you have to do is select the icon dedicated to sharing groups (the two squares), access the tab CREATED BY ME and select the share to edit.

On the page that opens, click on the button MODIFICATION and choose which parameters to modify within the sharing: you can change the channels to be contacted by the joiners (e-mail o phone), the number of people to share with the subscription and the level of visibility sharing. Once you have made the desired changes, click on the button Save changes.

If, on the other hand, you want to cancel the sharing, proceed as follows: notify the participants of your decision (using the private chat), then click on the button Cancel sharing. All your participants will be automatically notified and no one will be able to send you their fee anymore. At the end of the validity period of the last quota sent, the share will be automatically deleted.

Join a sharing group

To become joiner and participate in a sharing group on Together Price, connected to the home page of the service (by selecting the icon of casa) and first presses the button PARTICIPATE placed in the center of the screen and then on that IT BEGINS, which appears later. The procedure can be carried out both from a computer and from a smartphone and tablet.

Search for a share

At this point, you need to identify the sharing group you want to join: you can browse the groups based on theirs category of belonging (therefore to the type of service to which they belong) or to theirs date of addition on Together Price. Alternatively, you can use thesearch barLocated at the top to find groups related to a specific service or by searching for the surname of the admin who created the share.

Before selecting the share to join, carefully analyze his price, the level of trust admin (it is advisable to contact admin with trust level reliable o validated) and make sure that there are still places available, by consulting the appropriate item at the bottom of the preview box (eg. 1/3 free places).

Participate in a share

Once you have selected the share you are interested in, press the button JOIN THE GROUP, specify your degree of report with l'admin (es. Friends, Family, Same Household o Work team) using the box that appears on the screen, put the check mark in the box relating to the acceptance of the conditions of use of the shared service and first presses the button SEND REQUEST and then CONTINUED.

Mission accomplished! Now all you have to do is wait for the admin's reply: when you are accepted, you will receive a notification via email, SMS and directly in Together Price, via the icon of the bluebell which is located at the top right.

Send the share

Once you have entered the sharing, you must pay your share to divide the subscription: then visit the sharing page, press the button Pay and choose whether to make the transaction via wallet o credit card. If you choose to use a credit card, you will need to indicate the circuit to which you belong (eg. MasterCard), enter their data (number, deadline etc.) and press the button Confirm to complete the transaction.

Communicate with admin

Once the payment is made, you will be able to view theprivate chat present in the sharing group, with which it will be possible to communicate with all participants in the sharing, ask for information and exchange suggestions. If you want to contact the admin directly, you can click on Contacts of the admin and use the channel that the admin has provided to be contacted: e-mail o cellphone number.

View the shares you join

Subsequently, to easily find the groups you are participating in, press the icon dedicated to sharing groups (the two squares, which are at the top right in the desktop version of Together Price or at the bottom left in the mobile version of the service) and select the tab In which I participate.

In the tab On holdinstead, there are the groups for which you have sent your membership request but in which you have not yet been formally accepted by the admin. To find out the meaning of the words located next to the name of each share (eg. Request accepted, Request accepted, Full etc.), click on the button (I) located at the top right.

Request a refund

Are you having trouble with admin of a share? Despite paying the fee, are you unable to use the promised service? In this case, you can ask for a refund of the amount paid.

To submit your refund request, go to yours wallet selecting the icon oflittle man and then the card Wallet, then click on the link Show more placed in correspondence with the item Refunds, choose the share for which you want to request a refund and press the option Request a refund. Rest assured: if your reasons are valid, your refund is guaranteed! For the first 25 days from the date of sending the share, in fact, your share is visible but not withdrawable by the admin, just to protect the sharing.

Leave a sharing group in which you participate

Would you like to leave a sharing group you joined in the past? Again, this is a breeze. First, go to the sharing page, click on shares in which I participate, then press the button Leave sharing and confirm by answering OK notice that appears on the screen.

Once the validity period of the last fee you sent has expired, your membership in the group will be automatically canceled.

Manage payments

Managing payments in Together Price is really simple, everything goes from wallet: a digital wallet where admins receive and collect joiners' shares, and where joiners can receive refunds of sent shares, should they request it.

To access your wallet click on the iconlittle man located at the top right and select the tab Wallet from the page that opens. You will be faced with a screen with yours current balance, the payment history (with payments received, sent and pending), the data of the credit card associated with your account and the item related to refunds, which I told you about in the previous chapter of the tutorial.

Then clicking on the button Transfer (located at the top right) you can transfer the funds in the wallet to a bank account or a card with an IBAN. If you are an admin, you will be able to transfer the shares received from the joiners to your account or card only afterwards25 daysSince you received the payments: this period is necessary to allow the joiners to have their money back in case of problems or inability to access the service.

To continue, select the card ​Wallet Which is located at the top center and presses the button Transfer.

At this point, choose one of the payment methods available from N26, HYPE e Iban code (you can use any account with an IBAN) and fill out the form below with all the required information: Iban code, BIC code, holder name, surname holder, bank name e bank address. Then click on the buttons at the bottom (eg. UPLOAD DOCUMENT) and upload the scan or photo of the required documents.

For example, if you have a HYPE account, you must obtain a document to validate the account by acting from the official app of the service. Then start the official HYPE app on your smartphone, press the button ... located at the bottom right, go up Documents, select EMONEY DOCUMENT SIGNED BY THE BANK and take a screenshot of the first page. Once you have selected the document (or documents) required for account validation, click on the button Save and the selected payment method will be associated with the account. You may be asked to confirm your date of birth and / or other personal information.

The Trust

Together Price uses a data control system and verifies the reliability of each user, assigning them a level of Trust, that is, a level of trust. As can be easily understood, the higher the Trust level of a user, the more likely they are to be accepted in sharing groups and to be successful with their shares.

The value of Trust grows over time and is based on various indicators: the information in the profile (the more complete a profile, the higher the Trust level), the reviews obtained from other users, the target and missions. What is it about? I'll explain it to you right away: the objectives are goals that can be achieved thanks to certain events, over which, however, you do not have full control (e.g. receiving at least 3 positive reviews, a 4-star rating or staying in Together Price for at least 6 months). Missions, on the other hand, are the actions that can be carried out to increase your Trust level: adding a profile photo, verifying your mobile number, sending a sharing request, creating a share and so on.

So you have to make sure you have one photo associated with your personal profile, you must verify yours cellphone number (if you haven't done so before) and you need to complete your profile with as much information as possible. To proceed, click on thelittle man (which in the desktop version of Together Price is at the top right, while in the mobile version it is at the bottom right) and check if above the you don't know there is a profilo's photo: If unsuccessful, select the tab Account located at the top right, click on the item Upload photos and proceed to upload a photo to use as your profile photo.

Once this is done, scroll down the page Account and fill in the missing fields of the form. Then click on the field Your number and then on the button Continue to provide a valid mobile number (if you haven't entered it yet).

Other information I recommend you include is nation of residence, nation of birth, city of residence, sex, date of birthday e interests (Eg. movies and TV series e music). Once you have filled in all the fields, click on the button Update your information to save everything.

Scrolling the page Account, you can also adjust your privacy settings, then choose which people to view profile details e contacts (the privacy options available are All, Friends o Only me) and you can choose which events to receive notifications, by checking the appropriate boxes and then pressing the button Update notifications.

Remember to come back to the section often Account service (the little man icon) and check the list of target e missions to be completed, in order to increase your level of trust more and more.
