Update the Instagram app
The first operation I recommend you do to "unblock" the arrival of Instagram polls on your account is to update the app itself. However, I remind you that this solution may not solve the problem you encountered, as the polls on Instagram were introduced on the server side.
Android
To update Instagram su Android you can choose whether to activate the automatic update function or perform a manual update. Either way, start the Play Store, by pressing on its icon on the home screen or in the drawer of your device (it is the symbol of a colored flag).
To manually update the Instagram, press the button with the symbol ☰ that you find at the top left, then tap on the item Le mie app ei miei giochi, then locate, in the section Updates, the presence of the icon Instagram. If there is and an update is available, click on the button Update.
To activate the automatic update function, however, presses the button again ☰, then tap on the item first Settings and do up Automatic app update. Also put a check mark on the wording Only via Wi-Fi o On any network, depending on whether you want the updates downloaded only under the Wi-Fi network or even with the cellular data network.
iOS
To manually update an application on iOS you must, instead, act through theApp Store. Then click on its icon that you find on the home screen of your device (it is the symbol of a "A ”stylized white color).
Now, select the tab Updates located in the bottom bar of the Apple store and check if the app of Instagram and the voice Update. In this case, click on it to start downloading the update.
If you are interested in activating the automatic update feature, press the app Settings of iOS (the icon with the symbol of a gear found on the home screen), then tap on the item iTunes Store and App Store and move the lever from OFF a ON, corresponding to the item Updates.
If you also want the updates to be downloaded via cellular data, then move the lever to ON also in correspondence with the wording Use cellular data.

Uninstall and reinstall Instagram
In the event that the previously indicated solution does not work, and therefore starting the app of Instagram if you still haven't found the presence of the polls in the stories, you can find to uninstall and reinstall the social network app, to see if there are any changes. I'll explain how to do it in the next lines.
Android
To uninstall Instagram on Android, locate the app icon on the home screen of your device, then press and hold your finger on it and drag it to the button Uninstall. If prompted, confirm the operation by pressing OK.
If you prefer to act through the Play Store, launch the android store app, locate the Instagram through the internal search engine and then, once the app tab is displayed, presses the button Uninstall. Then confirm the operation by clicking on OK.
To uninstall an application on Android you can also act through the menu of Settings. Tap on the icon of a gear located on the home screen, then go to the section App, pressing on his voice in the next screen. Then tap on the icon Instagram located in the list of installed apps, press the button Uninstall and, finally, confirm the operation by pressing on OK.
Once the Instagram app is uninstalled, install it again via the Play Store of Android. Then locate the social network app using the internal search engine and then press the button Install.
iOS
The procedures for uninstalling an app on iOS are just as simple. Locate the app icon on the home screen of your device, keep your finger pressed on it, until it begins to "move" and then presses on X located in the upper left corner. To confirm the operation, click on Delete, in the confirmation box that is shown to you.
If you prefer to act through the menu of Settings, tap on the icon with a symbol gear on the home screen, first tap on the wording Generali and then Free space iPhone. Then locate the icon in the on-screen list Instagram, tap on it and then press the button Uninstall app.
To re-install an uninstalled app on iOS you need to locate the same via the search engine of theApp Store (it is the one accessible by pressing on the symbol of magnifying glass in the menu below). Once you have identified the application in the search results, press on its icon and, finally, press on the symbol of one cloud with a down arrow.

Log out and login
Still not having the polls on Instagram? In this case, you have to wait for them to be made available on your account as well. In extremis, you can try to log out, and then log in, in the social network app, to see if anything changes.
Then launch the Instagram on Android or iOS, press the icon with the symbol of a little man located in the bottom bar, then press the button first ☰ and then on the item Settings.
Scroll the displayed screen and tap on the wording Log out of [your Instagram account name]. In case you are asked if you want to remember your login information, click on the button Remember and then confirm the logout by pressing on Logout.
You will then be sent back to the social network home screen and you can easily log in again by pressing the button Log in, next to your profile picture.
