Contact Spotify
Do you want to get in direct contact with Spotify because you need assistance? Then follow the instructions on what to do that you find right below. All you have to do is fill out a special online form. Alternatively, you can rely on the power of social networks: Twitter and Facebook.
If you want to know the contact details of the various Spotify offices, read the dedicated passage that I have always inserted below.
Modulo online
If you are interested in contacting Spotify all you have to do is fill out a special online form with your request. This way, you will be able to forward your message to the team of the popular music streaming service and receive a response for direct assistance.
To do this, connect to the main page to get in touch with Spotify on the website of the service and if necessary log in to your account. Then, select the category relevant to your doubt or problem among those in the list and then indicate the reference topic (always among those attached to the list you see appear).
In the new page that will open you will be automatically shown some solutions relating to the category and the selected topic. If you think they can help you, feel free to click on the relevant title to read them. If, on the other hand, you do not find them interesting and you want to continue going to get in direct contact with Spotify, click on the button I still need help which is at the bottom right.
Then fill out the form that is proposed to you by typing your name in the appropriate field at the top and indicating in detail the reason that is prompting you to contact Spotify in the field below the wording Tell us more placed lower.
To conclude, click on your button Submit your question. By doing so, a message will be sent to the Spotify team who will respond to your request as soon as possible, to the e-mail address you used to register the account (if you registered to Spotify with Facebook, the reference e-mail address is the one connected to your profile on the social network).
Keep in mind that you will immediately receive an email from Spotify indicating the fact that your support request has been forwarded and with some indications that may help you while you wait. In the subject of the message you will also find the identification code of the ticket just opened. Then you will then receive the real answer from Spotify with the "tips" you need.
I point out that generally Spotify is quite quick in providing support and above all that it responds to all messages. Consequently, if you do not receive any message from the famous service, check that the reply email did not end up in the spam of your email account.
Spotify also has some accounts Twitter through which it offers support to users and provides updates on the latest news of the service.
If you want to contact Spotify through this channel, all you have to do is start composing a new tweet by directing it to the @SpotifyCares account, the official one to receive support. In the body of the message indicate, in English (the one used by the Spotify account), your doubts and problems and then send it. In a short time you should receive an answer and you may eventually be invited to continue the conversation privately.
If, on the other hand, you do not need technical support but you want to ask Spotify generic questions, you can contact the @Spotify account, which is the one main of the service (always writing in English), or to @SpotifyBritish that it is localized in city.
In all cases, I also suggest you take a look at the tweets already posted on the accounts, maybe you can find information that can be useful without any need to get in direct contact with the company.
Obviously keep in mind that in order to contact Spotify via Twitter you must have an account yourself and you must be logged in to it. If you are not yet registered on the famous social network, you can easily fix it by following the instructions on what to do that I have provided you in my tutorial dedicated to how to sign up for Twitter.
In addition to Twitter, you can contact Spotify via Facebook. Even in this case, keep it in mind, you must have an account on the famous social network and you must be logged in to the latter. If you are not yet registered on Facebook, you can deal with it immediately by following the instructions on what to do that I have provided you in my post on how to create a Facebook profile.
Returning to the heart of the matter, or how to communicate with Spotify through Mark Zuckerberg's social network, the first step you need to take is to go to the SpotifyCares page, namely the one dedicated to support, and press the button to send a message at the top. In the chat window that will open at this point you can type your message and receive all the help you need. Remember to write in English, the only one supported by the page.
If, on the other hand, you do not need technical support but want to ask Spotify generic questions, you can turn to the main fanpage of the service and send a message to it. In this case, however, know that the respondents will not be Spotify directly but a bot.
As in the case of Twitter, what I suggest you do regardless of both the page dedicated to support and the official one is to take a look at the various posts published and see if there is anything among them that can be useful. without having to put yourself in direct contact with Spotify.
Contact
For reasons other than support, you can also contact Spotify using the relative ones contact of the headquarters and other offices around the globe. To find out about them, visit the appropriate page attached to the website of the service, you will find them all listed on the right.
Alternative solutions
As I told you at the beginning of the article, in addition to explaining how to contact Spotify directly, or by filling out the appropriate form as seen together above, I would like to show you how to get support through the official community of the service and the official guide. For more information on what to do, keep reading.
Official community
Not everyone probably knows this but Spotify can count on one official community very active through which the users subscribed to the service communicate with each other by discussing the most disparate issues related, obviously, to the functioning of the same as well as to the world of music in general. I strongly suggest you give us one look. Of course, it's not quite like contacting Spotify directly but it could still prove to be a valid solution for getting help.
To access the community, all you have to do is connect to its home page and type in the search field in the center the keywords related to your question and then select the relevant suggestion from those you see appear. Alternatively, after typing the keywords press the key Submit on the keyboard and filters the search results that are proposed to you through the menus at the top.
In the new page that will open you will be able to read all the various answers in the selected discussion and you can possibly take part in it by clicking on the button Reply. When the button to answer is not present, it means that a solution has already been found for the reference discussion and it is clearly indicated at the top of the page, complete with a direct link to read the answer in question.
If, on the other hand, you want to start a discussion, perhaps because you have not found others useful for you, click on the button Start a topic that you find in the upper left part of the various sections of the community and fill out the form that is proposed to you.
Keep in mind that within the Spotify community there are also articles with requests or explanations useful for carrying out this or that other operation. When you find yourself dealing with this type of content it is not possible to reply but only to insert comments.
If you prefer to explore the community by category instead of carrying out a direct search of the contents, select the one you are interested in from the home page and then the reference content. Also on the main page of the community you will also find quick links to the most recent articles published on the blog and to the most active discussions of the moment.
Official guide
Spotify also has one official guide, always accessible via the Web, in which there are numerous questions with ready-made answers relating to the operation and use of the service as well as several tutorials that explain step-by-step how to use the latter.
If you want to take a look at it, connect to its home page and type in the search bar in the center the keywords related to your doubt or problem and then select the relevant suggestion (if available) among those you see appear automatically. Alternatively, after typing in the keywords press the key Submit on the keyboard and then click on the topic of your interest among those listed.
In the new page that will open at this point you can consult the solution to your doubt or problem, receive explanations on what to do and get help in a more or less detailed way.
If you want to explore the various categories available instead of searching by keywords, select the topic of your interest from the central part of the guide home page and click on the title of the article you want to read.
