The Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy are supposed to be some of the most dangerous spells you can use. They are specifically supposed to be dark magic, and within the Harry Potter Lore, if a magical practitioner were to use them, he would set them on the road to prison and on an even more dangerous path. You can use all three curses in Hogwarts Legacy: Crucio, Imperio, and Avada Kedavra. Should you use Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy?
Are there consequences for using Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy?
The Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy are unique in that they are not taught to you by your professors, but rather learned through some nefarious means of dark arts books. These spells are powerful, but they're known as Unforgivable Curses for a reason.

Using them multiple times in the main game doesn't seem to have any consequences. Even when you're in the middle of a story quest, using these spells doesn't trigger a conversation with the characters or show that your character is walking down a dark path. Using them becomes another tool in your growing rotation of spells to learn while playing Hogwarts Legacy.
It's natural to be wary of this, especially since the developers have hinted that your choices to complete specific in-game tasks and overall progression can affect the outcome. Fortunately, using one of these three spells regularly against your enemies doesn't seem to be a problem. However, it causes your character to speak the names of these curses in a dark tone, hinting at the potential path he has chosen. However, your character can form a negative relationship with other characters based on the choice they make for certain side quests.
