How to Find My Clash Of Clans Account
To make sure that you can restore your Clash of Clans data, if you need to reinstall the application, it is important to create an account so that you can save all your online progress.
To do this, on the main Clash of Clans screen, tap the gear icon in the upper left corner and press the Disconnected button near the SuperCell ID. On the screen you see, tap on Sign Up Now, type in your email address and then enter the six-digit code you received via email. You will have created your SuperCell ID to help restore your game progress.
However, you can also create an account through the Google Play Android Games or iOS Game Center service. On Android smartphones and tablets, launch Clash of Clans and tap the a gear icon in the upper left corner. In the box that pops up, tap Offline next to Google Play Access and select the Google account you want to associate Clash of Clans data recovery with. When you're done, hit Allow and you're done!
However, on iPhones and iPads, you'll only save your data if you've created a Game Center account in the iOS Settings app, launch it, and select Game Center. Next, check to see if the stick next to the Game Center item is enabled and if there is a profile in the Game Center profile section. If not, you will be shown an account creation screen that you can access with the same Apple ID set up on your device or with another Apple account.
Recover Clash of Clans accounts on Android.
If you have an Android smartphone or tablet, you can recover your Clash of Clans account using the Google Play Games service or the SuperCell ID, depending on the one you have previously configured. In the next lines, I will explain how to restore it without losing your Clash of Clans progress.
How to Restart my Clash of Clans Game
If you had to reset your Android device or replace it, the first thing to do is to reinstall the Clash of Clans app. To do this, open the Play Store and type the words "Clash of Clans" in the search bar at the top. Among the results displayed, tap the one that matches your search, then tap the Install button and finally tap Open. As an alternative to the above procedure, you can simply tap this link from your smartphone or tablet to open the Clash of Clans page directly in the Play Store.
If you have trouble downloading Clash of Clans, you can download the APK from APKMirror via this link. Navigate through the page you are shown, until you reach the All Versions section. At this point, select the latest version available and then choose the one compatible with your Android device, among those in the Download section. Then press the Download APK button to download the file.
APK files can only be launched on Android if you have enabled the installation from unknown sources, that is, from sources other than the official store. From Android version 8.0 and later, to perform this operation, access the settings by tapping the icon with a gear, located on the home screen. Then tap Security & Privacy > Others > Install unknown apps. Select the app that will open the APK file (your browser or file manager) and move the toggle from OFF to ON, next to Allow app installation.
On older versions of Android, instead, go to the device settings and select Security. Press the Security item and then move the stick next to it from OFF to ON to confirm by pressing OK.
After that, just open the previously downloaded APK file and press Next, Install and Finish. That was easy, wasn't it?
Access Google Play Games
To restore your Clash of Clans account, you can use the Google Play Games service, if it is previously configured in the game. If before restarting the Android device or uninstalling the application, you have configured the game to be associated with Google Play Games, simply log in with the same Google account.
If the Google account on your smartphone or tablet is the same one used to save data, simply launch Clash of Clans and tap the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main game screen. In the box that appears, tap the Offline button next to the Google Play Access item and select the Google account where the progress was stored.
When you are done, press the Allow button and then the Upload button in the message that appears. This will restore all your progress.
Isn't the Google account on my device the same as the one used in Clash of Clans? Don't worry about that. What you need to do is add another Google account on your Android device, so that it is automatically set up in Google Play Games and used in Clash of Clans to recover your data.
To do this, go to Android settings and tap on Users & Accounts > Add account > Google. On the screen that appears, sign in to your Google account with your Gmail address and the password associated with it. Now, follow the same steps above to connect Clash of Clans to Google Play Games.
Log in using the SuperCell ID
If, on the other hand, you have synchronized your progress through the SuperCell ID, the operation is much easier and more immediate. What you need to do is make sure you remember the email address you used to create your SuperCell ID. If you do, check your emails for the one that came from SuperCell to make sure that the email address is the correct one.
After that, start the game and tap the gear icon in the upper left corner. Now tap the Disconnected button next to the SuperCell ID. In the box on the screen, press the login button, type in the SuperCell ID email address and the six-digit code that was sent to you in the email. You will be connected to your SuperCell ID and shown a message to restore all your progress.
Recovering Clash of Clans account on iOS
If you play Clash of Clans on your iPhone or iPad, you can restore your game progress via iOS Game Center or SuperCell ID. In the next chapters, I will explain how to do it in a few minutes.
Download Clash of Clans
The first thing to do to restore your Clash of Clans account is to install your application from the iOS App Store. To do this, start the Apple store on your device, using its icon with a stylized A.
At this point, press the search icon, located in the bottom bar, and type the words "clash of clans". From the search results, select the one corresponding to the terms you typed and press the button with a cloud. Then unlock the download and installation using Face ID, Touch ID or the password associated with iCloud.
Alternatively, you can tap this link to go directly to the Clash of Clans page on the App Store, through the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad.
Logging into Game Center
When you start Clash of Clans on iOS and a Game Center account, which I told you about in this chapter, has been set up and activated, progress is automatically saved. The moment you reset your Apple device or reinstall the app, you will be automatically logged into Game Center and shown an in-game data restore message.
It may happen that even though you have logged into the Clash of Clans Game Center, no progress is restored. In this case, the problem probably lies in the fact that the Game Center account used is not the same as the one used during the first association with the Clash of Clans application.
To fix this, if you remember your previous Apple ID, launch the iOS Settings app and select Game Center. Now tap on Use a different Apple ID for Game Center at the bottom of the screen and press the No button [email protected]. Now log in to your new Apple account and you're done! When you reopen Clash of Clans, you will log in to the correct Apple ID and recover your game progress.
Log in through the SuperCell ID.
In case you have saved your Clash of Clans progress through the SuperCell ID, the procedure to follow is the same as I explained in this chapter.
First, start Clash of Clans and tap the gear icon in the upper left corner. When you're done, tap the Disconnected button, located near the SuperCell ID, and on the screen you see, tap the Log In button. Now, type in the SuperCell ID email address and enter the six-digit code you received in the email. You will then be shown a message to upload your town associated with the SuperCell ID you just accessed.

Hacked Clash Of Clans Accounts
If you are having trouble recovering the account associated with Clash of Clans, you have several alternatives that you can choose to follow.
If you have been using Google Play Android Games or iOS Game Center and you can't remember your account password, you can try to reset it. In this case, you can go to the Google or Apple login page and perform the password reset procedure. You can also read my guide on how to recover Google accounts or the guide on how to recover Apple ID passwords.
If, despite the procedures described in this guide, you still have problems restoring your game progress, you can contact technical support directly in the game, as described in the official FAQ.
To do this, tap the gear icon on the Clash of Clans main screen, top left. In the box you see, tap the Help & Support button and tap the comic icon (on Android) or Contact Us (on iOS), so you can chat with technical support.
If it is possible to restore your progress, you will be asked for the full username and the lost village clan name or player tag; in addition, you will be asked for the XP level and the exact township level of the lost village.
