Preliminary information
Before getting to the heart of this guide and actually seeing how to know if a person has deleted your number, I want to provide you with some preliminary information which are necessary to have a clear idea of what to do.
To begin with, I want to tell you that the only way to know if a person has actually saved your number in the phone book is to use the List broadcast di WhatsApp (which I will tell you about in detail later).
For the rest, there are no apps or services that can provide this information. In this regard: avoid adopting solutions that promise to succeed after sending some of your personal information or paying sums of money, as these are certainly scams.

Verify the number using WhatsApp
Verify the number using WhatsApp, and in this case the Broadcast Lists function of the famous messaging service (which is only available from mobile and not from WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp Desktop), is the best way you have to find out if a contact has deleted your number from the address book or not.
On WhatsApp, in fact, it is possible to send messages to the broadcast lists only if those who are part of it have the number of the user who created the list saved in the address book. Now you understand why taking advantage of this feature is useful to "find" who has deleted your phone number, right?
Clearly, to use this "trick", it is assumed that both you and the person you think has deleted your number from the address book are using WhatsApp. Otherwise, you will not be able to proceed.
Android
To proceed using a terminal Android, start WhatsApp, select the tab Chat at the top left, tap on the symbol of three dots situato in alto a destra e seleciona la voce New Broadcast give the menu check if you press.
Now, choose the contacts to include in the broadcast, including both a person who you are sure has saved your number in the address book, and the person you think may have deleted your number: to do this, you simply have to tap on their names and then press the button (✓), located in the lower right.

Now you need to select the contacts you want to include in the broadcast list: I recommend that you include in the list a person who you are sure has your mobile number saved in the address book and the person you think has deleted your number. Now, write in the dial bar (below) a message to be sent to the selected contacts and send it by tapping on theletter aeroplanino located at the bottom right. After sending the message, keep your finger pressed on it, presses on the symbol (▸) present in the menu that appears on the screen and then tap on the item Info.
At this point, if the name of the person you suspected had deleted your number, it does not appear under the heading Delivered to, evidently your suspicions were well founded. Otherwise, if the message was actually delivered to him, your mobile number is still saved in his address book.
App to find out who has deleted their number
As I mentioned in the introduction of this article, there are also some app to find out who has deleted their number: these solutions promise to find out if a contact saved in the address book has saved their number or if they have deleted it. I would like to tell you, however, that these solutions, very often, do not work as they should and, therefore, I do not recommend using them.
Some of these applications (eg. ME – Simply See, available for both Android and iPhone) offer the possibility of knowing whether or not one of your contacts has deleted your phone number from the address book only if they have also installed the app on their smartphone. Since it is somewhat unlikely that they did, using these kinds of solutions may not be of great help to you.
As I mentioned a few lines above, there are also apps and online services that claim to find out who has "magically" deleted their number from the phone book, as long as you provide some personal information or even sign up for a paid subscription . Stay away from these solutions, because not only do they not work, but they constitute real scam attempts. Then don't tell me I didn't warn you!
